Dave Larocque-President
David is a graduate of Sir Sandford Fleming College and has over 14 years experience in the exploration and forestry sectors. David has been a director of the Northern Prospectors Association since 1997 and has been a Director of the Ontario Prospectors Association since 2002, was past President of the NPA and is currently Vice President of the NPA. On behalf of the NPA David sits of the Mines Ministers Mining Act Advisory Committee.
Roger Dufresne-Secretary/Treasurer
Roger is a retired High School teacher who has been prospecting for many years. He holds a lifetime membership with the Prospector's Association for over 25 years of membership and served on the NPA as secretary and treasurer since 1985.
Dave Gamble
Dave is a long time NPA board member and a native of Kirkland Lake. After working in BC Dave returned Kirkland Lake and has worked on several projects throughout the area as a contract geologist.
Ron Hilgren
Ron is a long time NPA member and local prospector. He currently works at Macassa Mine in the core facility.
Jason Ploeger
Jason graduated in geophysics in 1999 and currently works for Canadian Exploration Services as a geophysical manager. He is serving his second term on the NPA board.
Eileen Rapski
Eileen has been on the NPA board for 2 years and ,along with her husband John, is instrumental in organizing the popular High Water Canoe Race each May.
John Rapski
John has been an NPA board member since 2002 and is a long time prospector in the area.
Doug Robinson
Doug is a leading authority on silver mining in Cobalt and is currently working on a gold project in the Kirkland Lake camp through his consulting company.
Fred Sharpley
Fred started the Teck Mine in Temagami and is currently with Seal River Exploation. Fred is a long standing member of the NPA board.
Mike Sutton
Mike's discovery of the Macassa South Mine Complex was instrumental in revitalizing the Kirkland Lake camp and earned him "Ontario PProspector of the year" in 2008. He is currently VP of Exploration for Vault Minerals and a long standing NPA board member.
